There is usually one person in every seminar who just adds a special energy to the group.  Vinay was that person at Legacy 08.  He was funny, compassionate, and left whatever ego he may have had at the door and was completely coachable.  Here’s a great example:  When he arrived he had a moustache and goatee.  I mentioned that as a speaker, facial hair can sometimes be misinterpreted by an audience as having something to hide.  At lunch that day, he shaved it off!  It would be my dream to have an audience of open-minded and coachable people as Vinay was.
