 Follow Up Above and Beyond the Norm

Every trainers training will boast their incredible follow up service that they provide.  This  “follow up” usually entails offering some sort of email access to the trainers staff, and for the real tough questions, maybe, if your lucky, an email from the actual trainer.  “Call us anytime if you have a question.” is a common offer by most NLP companies.  For us, that doesn’t seem worth boasting.  That should be expected.

 World Class Feedback from World Class Trainers

At a normal Trainers Training, you will receive feedback from the Master Trainer as well as a crew of other Trainers who were already certified from years past. The majority of these people, while certified trainers, do not make their living as professional speakers. Many times, this is their first time speaking since their certification course from previous years.

What right does someone have giving you feedback on your presentations that doesn’t make a living giving presentations? At Legacy, you will only receive feedback from Topher Morrison or his Master Trainers staff, all of which earn a living full time as professional speakers. At Legacy, every participant is recorded in front of a video camera and given their days performances on high quality digital files to take home each night and review. At every other Trainers Training you will get up and speak in front of groups, and most likely, prepare the night before by writing your “slides” on flip chart paper. When you get back home, you might get around to designing your PowerPoint or Keynote slides. For the first time you will be holding a clicker in your hand while speaking. Sounds easy, but it’s much more difficult that one would expect.

All too often people instantly start developing bad habits when holding the clicker. Not at Legacy. Here every speaker will be holding a digital clicker in their hand from the very beginning and using PowerPoint slides. This will ensure that you don’t develop any bad habits as multimedia presentations will become second nature to you.

No other Training company will take the time and attention to make sure that every student has access to all the PowerPoint slides and projectors and screens available for every presentation.  Everything but the Flip Chart

When you go to any other trainers training, you will be presented with the opportunity to purchase, for a cost between $1500 - $5000 a “logistics disc” that usually contains PowerPoint slides and training manuals for the Practitioner and the Master Practitioner seminars. 

Some of the more ‘established’ companies will even have some notes for you to follow when teaching the program, but these usually consist of the personal notes of the trainer which are often left in a cryptic manner that only makes sense to the trainer who typed them. 

Not with Legacy.

 Disc 1 - PowerPoint Presentations

Speak with anyone who has attended a Topher Morrison, Inc. seminar and they will tell you about our impressive PowerPoint presentations. With Legacy, not only do you receive the entire PowerPoint presentation with animations for your Practitioner and Master Practitioner certifications, you actually receive 3 different versions for each seminar!  

All of them contain the same information, the difference is visual appearance.  There is one set with a feminine appearance, one is more masculine while the third custom template caters to a corporate audience.

 Disc 2 - Training Manuals

How long will it take you to prepare your manuals for your first training?  If you create them yourself, you can expect 6 months to one year.  It’s terribly time consuming and will leave you exhausted.  You have better things to do, like sell tickets to your first training! 

Take all the worry, hassle and headache out of this time intensive process.  These manuals come complete, and ready to use. 

Not going to do an entire NLP training?  No worries.  For the trainer who wants to teach in the corporate world, these can easily be cut and pasted into your own training documents.  These are a ‘white-labeled’ product and you own the copyrights!

 Disc 3 - Pre-designed Websites

To have an effective website created by a professional design team and computer programmer, you are looking at an expense of around $5000.00 for a base line website.

You can turn the site over to a website administrator and within 24 hours your company website can be up and running.  It gets even better, these are not strict templates.  Meaning you can add additional pages and completely customize it to your liking.

 Disc 4 - Crew Manuals

This is unique to Topher Morrison, Inc. and to date, no other NLP company in the world offers this.  Many are already copying the idea, but none will match the original.  When holding a seminar, it’s imperative that your crew be properly trained and prepared for any situation that may arise because you have better things to do than micro-manage your crew.  These manuals contain all of the important Practitioner and Master Practitioner information necessary and so much more. 

There is a “Trainers checklist” for each topic presented.  Your crews task?  Listen to your instructions, check off all the important points on the checklist.  This way, if you as the trainer forget something, they have a checklist in the back to remind you before you send your students off to an exercise. 

In addition, for every exercise, there is a “what could go wrong” section for the eyes of the crew member only.  This lists every conceivable thing that could go wrong during an exercise, and the reframe necessary to place the student back to cause and get back into the training as quickly as possible.  Above all of that, when your crew shows up, and you have these special manuals for them, they feel appreciated and cared for.

 Disc 5 - Logistics Disc

This disc is absolutely priceless.  It has detailed, step by step notes for running a crew meeting, a complete breakdown of all 7 roles needed in a crew with ‘pre-flight’, ‘flight’, and ‘post-flight’ checklists to make sure no stone is left unturned. 

It has large block print signs that you can print for communication between crew at the back of the room, and you the trainer on stage.  Direction signs, registration forms, speakers contracts written by attorneys, negotiating tactics for hotel conference rooms, AV checklists, speakers checklists, Practitioner and Master Practitioner Exam Answer Sheets, certification templates, and so much more!
